I’ll sit down with you or speak over the phone to get an idea of where you’re at in eating habits and exercise. What your future goals are, health status, and foods you like or dislike foods that may be intoxicating you and are weighing you down, sports and or exercise programs that may fit your lifestyle.
Selection of Program:
Designing a program that is right just for you and will change the way you think about food. This program will include meals, detox program and exercise recommendation that will be updated every 30 days to get your body to where it needs to be.
I will be in contact with you every week via email or phone to see if you need any advice, motivation and to give you knew recipes and updates.
Monthly Progress Reviews:
Monthly I’ll sit down with you or consult over the phone to see how far you have come. We will discuss what has worked for you and what hasn’t. I will give you a new meal program and recommend a change of exercise or sports regimen.

Personalized workout by Coach Lissette. I’ll be side by side with you making you sweat and build muscle.
